To quickly get you up and running, once signing up to use AllBizOps, it’s important to complete your company profile and update your capability statement. We use your profile and capabilities to automatically filter through our knowledge base containing over 20 million possible business connections identifying your best target markets and sales prospects.
Quick Start and Site Navigation
After you have created an account, the first time you log into AllBizOps you will need to link to your own company by entering a claim code that you will receive via email. Your claim code is important to authenticate your account and verify you are associated to the company being claimed. You can enter your claim code by navigating to the “My Account” section of the screen and scroll down to Linked Businesses. The linked businesses page will have a place to enter your claim code. Once you enter your code and verified you are now ready to use your AllBizOps account.
Use the “My Accounts” pull down menu to update your personal profile, set your user preferences, manage your membership, view invoices, payment details, change passwords and log out of the system. Remember to update your personal profile that will enable AllBizOps to automatically identify your best matched opportunities as soon as you start using the platform.
When logging into AllBizOps you see your customized “Opportunities” page. All opportunities presented have already been identified as high potential based on the company profile information entered. Start reviewing your opportunities and you find something interesting start following the company. You can follow a company as a prospect, existing customer, competitor or supplier. You can also like, comment, or link to a company you are following. Completing these activities and linking to a company your following will allow you learn more about the company and whether it’s worthwhile to add to your contact list. By using AllBizOps Quick Start recommendations your already starting to connect with minimal effort! Other more advanced functions will be covered in the following sections.
