Business Link Menus
Business linking is a two step process. The first step involves creating your business link and the second step involves entering your business profile information that is associated with your business link. The following is a description of the main menu screens you will use to complete your business link:
Main Menu
The main menu is used to create or update your business link. Each business link you create will need to be verified through issuing and approval of a claim code. When joining AllBizOps the registered account user for your company will be designated to approve all claim codes through email notification. The main features of this menu include:
a) Pending Links - Once a request is made to link your company it is assigned a status of Pending Link. When received enter your claim code and your link will be active.
b) My Linked Businesses - When a pending link is activated by entering a claim code it will show up as an existing link in the "My Linked business section of the menu. All activated links can create or update your company profile, add additional contacts from your company that can update profile information or remove the link from the system. Anyone with a linked business can also post a premium opportunity (ie. RFP request) to AllBizOps.
c) New Link - When linking for the first time or to create a link for another business or location use the New Link section of the menu to search for your business, or register your business if it is not already in the system. Once you request a new link your status will be changed to Pending until your claim code is approved.
Profile Menu - Use the profile menu to enter detailed information about your linked company that will be searched by potential Buyers or companies that are interested in purchasing goods and services you sell. Remember the more detailed and targeted the information you use to update your profile the better your chances are to attract buyers or follow other businesses that share common interests. The following is a description of the information included as part of your profile information:
